How do I return an item?


A hassle free return process is our goal.

Procedure for returns:
  • A valid Return Authorization code is required for all returns.
  • Please contact us by phone or email for return instructions and a return authorization code before returning any product. Items returned without valid authorization may be refused upon delivery.
  • Once the return authorization is received it is the customer's responsibility to mail returns in a prepaid, insured, and traceable method. Gadget Mounts is not responsible for shipping loss or damage on returns. All returned products must have the original retail packaging and all accessories included.
  • Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited within five (5) business days after receipt. Refunds will not be issued for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date. Items that are misrepresented as new and unopened or with missing pieces/packaging will not be refunded or, at our discretion, have an additional amount above the normal restocking fee applied against a refund.

Gadget Mounts does not guarantee wear and tear or any damage related to the manufacturer. All manufacturer warranties must be handled through the manufacturer unless instructed to do otherwise.

Certain Special Orders and Clearance items may be Final Sales and not returnable. Final Sale items are disclosed before you complete your order.
